Thank you for choosing (or considering) MugClub.beer! While we strive to provide the best value for our customers, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the conditions under which refunds will be eligible.

Refund Eligibility

Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of purchasing your subscription, you may request a full refund, no questions asked.

Service Disruption

In the event of significant service disruptions or critical issues that prevent you from using our application for an extended period you are eligible for a refund for the month(s) the disruption occurred. Significant service disruptions include extended outages or critical issues that materially prevent normal use of the platform.

Annual Subscription Plans

Annual plans include the same 30-day satisfaction guarantee as monthly subscriptions. If you cancel within the first 30 days of your initial annual purchase, you are eligible for a full refund—no questions asked.

After the first 30 days, annual subscription fees are generally non-refundable and non-prorated. However, we understand that real-world business circumstances change. In certain situations, we may offer a prorated refund or account credit at our discretion.

Examples of qualifying circumstances may include:

  • Permanent closure of the business
  • Change in ownership or management where MugClub.beer is no longer supported
  • Inability to reasonably continue using the platform due to staffing turnover or operational changes
  • Determination that the product is not a workable fit despite a good-faith attempt to implement it

Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved prorated refunds or credits are calculated based on the unused portion of the subscription term.

In cases of significant service disruption or material failure to deliver core functionality, MugClub.beer may also issue a prorated refund, account credit, or subscription extension.
